Apartments have nice bedrooms, small living room, and no room for kitchen table to allow family to sit down together at meal time Can not hear neighbors on either side . Upstairs neighbor very very loud. Neighbors nice just nothing to absorb sound

I moved in while the property was still finishing construction, so this review may not be accurate in a year or two from now. For what you pay for monthly rent, these apartments are a great value. Lots of floor space. The apartments are nicely designed. A garage and a sidewalk parking space is included in rent. Every unit has a small balcony or patio. Maintenance is helpful and speedy. Lawns and the inside of the building are well-kept. Also, the units are pretty sound proof. Compared to other places I've lived, I can barely tell there are other people in the building when I'm in my unit or walking in the hallway. Downside is a lack of amenities and extra features (I want a gym lol), but again, the buildings are still being constructed so that may change in the future. Plus side is that the units have washers and dryers inside of the unit, so you don't need to leave your apartment or pay money via an app to wash and dry your clothes.

The apartment is lovely and the noise level is low. Very quiet area with easy access to the eastside(unless the bridges are open, if in a rush suggest the highway bridge.

For the most part I am enjoying my new apartment. I did not anticipate all the construction that is going on around the building, so that is a bit disappointing. At one point I had to have someone come in and blow off the dirt from my balcony with a leaf blower because it was so thick after they grinded the parking lot, but hopefully that will be paved soon. Maintenance is excellent in taking care of things right away (i.e. hot water, etc.). I think once all the construction is done it will be a nice place to live.
