Overall, great place to rent

The place has been great for location, maintenance, and ok on value. The biggest complaint I have is that the rent has increased, but while some increase is expected in the current economy, the size of this apartment will make the value decrease if rent increase becomes too much.

Pretty good place to live

Location, amenities, parking, meaintenance are all pretty good. In this economy, the rent is one of the best in the area. Noise and annoying neighbors are not a problem for me, at this point.

It's okay

It's not a bad place to live. After new management took over rent sky rocketed over 200+ dollars. In terms of amenities and square footage you could find something with more square footage and in unit laundry and a dishwasher for maybe 50 more dollars. It is in a great location and the on site staff Jeff is phenomenal when it comes to issues. The man is a life saver when issues arise, he is always on top of things.

Not a bad place to live

This place is nice and quiet, neighbors respect neighbors' privacy, great location. Cost is ok, better than most, but going up, so future opinion might not be as good of a value. On site manager is very helpful and responsible, and communicates well.

Great Location/price

I have lived here for a little over a year. It is a relatively quiet and peaceful place. Rent prices are fair compared to most places these days. Rent has increased in price once but still within reason for now. The property manager Jeff has been awesome and super helpful any time i needed something or had a question.
