Good and Bad

I like the apartment very much. The size and floor plan are perfect for me. That was the Good. Now, for the Bad...I was treated very badly by the management during a time when I was going through a very hard time with a family member. None of which affected my timely rent payment etc. Even though I immediately agreed to all requested actions, I was threatened with eviction. They made a difficult time monumentally worse. So, to any prospective renters I say, you will be happy with the space you occupy, just never need any decency or compassion. You won't get it.

Luxury Apartments

All good here. Not sure if I would define it as luxury but we are comfortable. Hard water is an issue and the snow removal isnt very timely. I could see some issues with the grounds that need attention. I used to be a landscaper so I see more than most. Maintenence on building is very good and prompt. Windows have some condensation issues but that is a wisconsin thing I believe!
