I recently had two fairly large maintenance issues and they were addressed immediately and professionally. Hugo and Spencer were the staff members who communicated with me every step of the way and completed the work efficiently and professionally. A couple of the walls needed to be repaired and re-painted and Marco did a great job. In addition, the cleaning company at The Oaks is wonderful, hard working, always pleasant and thorough.

Our Community Director Colleen Ring bought and prepared several turkeys. Residents signed up to bring the sides. It was truly a great event. I want to share a few comments circulated among the residents. “Special thanks to Colleen for making the tables all look so nice and for creating space for folks to sit and eat!” …”It was so nice to see so many people together again. I am a new resident, and everyone here has been very helpful and kind. Moving from a house to an apartment is quite an adjustment, but I look forward to making the adjustment and cresting a new home. My only real complaint is the third and fourth shelves in the kitchen cabinets are too high, but a small ladder fixes that. I love sitting out on my balcony and watching the seasons change and the bustle of the bike path, which l try to be part of each week.
