We've been here for 6 yrs on & off. We love the staff & owners. The maintenance team is outstanding. I've never had to wait more than 24 hrs for any repairs.

Parking is problematic for larger vehicles (trucks) due to the narrow space between the apartment buildings and the garages. Rent is raised every year ($50) but that is not disclosed when first signing the lease. Complaints from other tenants are not properly investigated before action is taken against the tenant who the complaint is about.

The maintenance here is awesome. Every time we have put in a maintenance request, they have been there within 24 hrs, if not sooner.

The increase in rent every year is extreme. Recently its went up another $50.00. thats $90.00 in 2 years. For a 1 bed no place to ouyt a table to eat at is expensive.
