I moved into my apartment on June 5,2026. I am completely satisfied with my decision. I love my 1 bedroom, approx 700 sq ft space, just right for 1 person. The location is so convient to all the downtown activeties and festivals, and I love being close to Lake Michigan.

There is a significant noise and vibration from thr washer, dryer and A/C when its running. It sounds like a bomb is about to go off.
