Garage doors are loud in the apartment. Other than that it's great!

My first impressions were wowed! The property was very clean, to include the leasing office and desk. Everything seemed very professional and organized. Definitely have a system that works with all the office people. The apartment is big and spacious, and extremely comfortable. I absolutely love the attached garage and in unit washer/dryer.

Great value when renting here…only knock I would say is some road noise but my apt faced that way so I’m biased

I've been living here over a year and I don't have any complaints.

I've lived at Soda Creek Estates since 12/20. I love it here. The landscape and my apartment is beautiful. Can't beat all the amenities or the location. Just off the highway and the county park is right behind the property. Management and maintenance are very friendly. They're extremely prompt reparing any issues well as notifying tenants regarding inspections or changes. They know I work night shift and do their best to accommodate my schedule. My rent has increased since I first moved in however it's been in small increments spread out over three years. The rent is about what other apartments of the same set up are in this area. It's worth the rent when maintenance is out clearing a couple feet of snow immediately. They even snowblow all the walk ways right up to your door!
