A one-time amenity fee of $200 per apartment home will be due prior to taking occupancy. We have unique one, two and three bedroom apartment homes with private entries along with attached garages.

We want to thank the office staff and maintenance team for a great experience. The office staff was always professional and addressed our needs in a very timely manner. The maintenance team responded also in a timely fashion. Our neighbors were very kind and friendly. The property is well-kept and managed. When we gave our early termination notice, the office staff worked very diligently to find a tenant to take over our lease. As soon as our unit was rented, our deposit was refunded within 10 days. Again, I would just like to say thank you to the Stonegate management and maintenance team.
