Will Rose Apartments LLC - Bldg B

I have only lived here for a few months now and I have enjoyed every second living here- the environment is quiet and peaceful and very functional. I appreciate that we have a small gym room for use as well as a secure mailroom. As someone who appreciates nature, I really enjoy the small garden and trails on this property. I can't wait to renew my lease for another year!

The manager and maintenance are amazing! Things are taken care of in timely matter. Everyone is respectful of eachother. We love it here.

Location is good for me personally, amenities are near non-existant. I can move to The View for the same rent and have a sizeable pool, my own big storage locker, a clubhouse with a big gym to move around in. I routinely go around and pick weeds and grass out of the landscape beds as no one else from ownership/management appears to. The grass gets cut in a timely manner, but there is very little else grounds policing that takes place. The refreshment area in the new building is nice, however it is frequently out of options, if I go to the older building, there are routinely more options (coffee/teas/creamers). Point being, if you’re going to have a drink station, stock it like the other one always is. There are little things/attention to detail that are often overlooked.
