Safe building, Maintence responsive, locked building , Its on Oakland Ave so if you don't mind some street noise you all good!

The rent is very nice for the location and space you’re getting. Maintenance didn’t have an official schedule but they try to get back to you in a decent time. Only thing is the smell sometimes from the dumpsters in the garage. But overall it’s nice.

Apartment unit is very nice. Clean. Good Maintenance staff when you contact the main office. 8months thus far I will renew lease as its conveient for work and shopping. Building is a bit run down. Neighbors are pretty cool and respectful. I
