The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events) - The garage has a vertical clearance of 8'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans - Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau House Rules: 1.
