I have really enjoyed living at the Howard property. The location is nice and convienent to shopping and dining. The neighbors are friendly and i enjoy the spacious greenery yard for my dog.

Really good area. Very close to my son's school, close to freeway, grocery store, shopping mall..Nice and quiet at night. My neighbors are all awesome as well. Very respectful.

I have only been living in my apartment for a couple of months however, I am very happy with it. The apartment is clean and quiet, neighbors are respectful, and maintenance requests seem to be handled immediately. It would be nice to have laundry machines provided but, we do have laundry hook-ups and a clean basement in which to do our laundry and for storage.
