Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement The space: This Flexhome is located in the historic Pabst bottling department and features original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine. HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. A space heater and room fan are also provided for convenience. Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we've still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. Each bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two. Amenities: Smart TV with Chromecast, 24-hour fitness center, theater, shared laundry room, and food court with 5 local food truck vendors Business-Travel Ready: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, iron, and Keurig Location: - In the heart of the historic brewery district - 3 blocks to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets - 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University Parking: - This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events) - Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.
