HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. A space heater and room fan are also provided for convenience. Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we've still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. Each bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two.
