Living here has been good for the most part. The staff and maintenance people are very nice. I don’t particularly care for the area and my apartment facing a busy road. The price for a small one bedroom apartment also doesnt really martch. Its very expensive for a very small space. But overall my time here has been good.

Overlook Pointe Review
Over the last four years I have had an overall great experience. However, I do think that the price is a bit steep for what it is when you compare it to similar pricing in the area and what those apartments offer (size, updated amenities, fixtures, paint, etc.). For how much we pay I think that the designs and elements are fairly outdated.

Great place
Was a new.place for me and i just love it. Convient and no sound thru windows even with the road just 20 yards away. A quiet and friendly place and more amenities to be available to you. It is a place that makes you feel welcome.
