Laundry room needs updating. Notification of when the street is getting shut down for a parade would be nice.

The laundry room beeds serious updating. Several machines are down all the time. I was told years ago they were looking for new machines, but we don't have any yet.

I've lived in my apartment for a while now and everything is great, the only negatives I can say is that there is noise from the nearby bar and it can get loud when emergency vehicles drive by.
