Mostly happy.

Pool rules have never been enforced here. People constantly have excessive guest (mostly from across the street Tempe apts) and they are extremely loud and play loud music. It's always on weekends and holidays when o office staff isn't here. It ruins the enjoyment of the pool.

So far in my 2 years I have overall enjoyed my experience I am reviews of scenery of my place or particular unit one of the biggest plus is the fact that my rent is reasonable in terms of my efficiency, and not too out of range I definitely would recommend this place to anyone that is single living by themselves if they look at them in a safe area and not a area where there’s drama and people most part are very genuine and friendly.
