Excellent

So far in my 2 years I have overall enjoyed my experience I am reviews of scenery of my place or particular unit one of the biggest plus is the fact that my rent is reasonable in terms of my efficiency, and not too out of range I definitely would recommend this place to anyone that is single living by themselves if they look at them in a safe area and not a area where there’s drama and people most part are very genuine and friendly.

Good value and a nice place to live overall

West Haven Village is a nice place to live overall. I've lived here many years. Staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities are nice, and the rent is very reasonably priced. I like the location too. Very nicely landscaped as well. On the downside, it can get noisy in the summer with volleyball and pool parties. And I don't like the dogs they're allowing, or people are sneaking in since this is a no dogs property.

I like living here overall. Nice value and amenities. Parties can get loud at times. I wish communication was a little better with staff/residents.
