So far so good!

I've lived here for 2 months and so far it has been great! If all the windows are closed the apartment is fairly soundproof and you don't hear too much, despite being off of a busy road. The location is also great, it is an easy walk to the arboretum or Monona bay!

Excellent Location

This building is close enough to downtown that it is only a short drive away to many popular spots, while still being far enough away that it is neither loud nor as congested. Neighbors are all very pleasant and common areas are well kept. Underground parking is nicer than any previous underground parking I've seen. The building and area is very safe. I could go on and on but I might talk you to sleep, but this place is phenomenal!!
