East Side Living

After residing in Hercules Trail apartment and then Infinity I can honestly say the location is amazing. It's centralized so it's not too far from Madison, but it's far enough away where there isn't too much noise. I will say the lack of a gym and/or pool at every location is a bit upsetting. The neighbors are usually quiet and there's hardly any noise after 10PM which is nice for the working folks. Overall, I don't mind living here, just hope that Madison's inflation allows for me to continue to live here.

It’s fine

It’s a decent building, but maintenance doesn’t seem to be as thorough as when the building was new. Things seem to take longer to get fixed now. The building does not have great vertical sound isolation, I often heard people talking in the unit above me. There’s only one elevator, and it’s slow and the buzzer is obnoxiously loud. All of the interior doors you have to walk through are extremely heavy (I’m sure for fire code, but it’s annoying). The landscaping is quite poor. The neighborhood is fine, but the adjacent highway is extremely noisy and will make you not want to open your windows.
