We have lived here just under 2 years. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood & a good location, convenient to shopping, my commute, our church & other things we're involved in. The management is professional & they are very attentive to maintenance & upkeep. They go to lengths to keep it looking nice & maintenance issues are handled very quickly.

New as of February 1st. Spent my 1st week at the apartment last week. Love the apartment. Extremely quiet. Sleep very well. Maintenance responds right away. Definitely plan to stay.

Outdated amenities, small apartment for lots of $. Have requested maintenance a few times and not gotten any service. Very good parking opportunities, really like the underground parking and ability to rent out additional space.

Location is the biggest problem with this place, but also the reason why it's so cheap. The underground parking is very nice though. The apartment itself is pretty nice and has all the appliances in the unit itself

I have enjoyed residing here. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. Seldom do I hear neighbors while in the apartment, it’s usually only while someone is moving that there is noise. The maintenance requests are usually addressed quickly however resolving maintenance issues has taken over a week several times. Overall great place and neighbors and I love that it’s almost country yet close to the city.
