Could be better

Gem of a location…parking & parking lot maintenance is subpar to say the least. Apartments could be nicer but not bad. Rent payment is an absolute nightmare thanks to risk release thing. Ive uploaded the document 5+ times and gives me same error. Saying the interest is incorrect and tells me whah it should be. Then i do it that way and it gives me the exact same message. Again & again. Now im being charged monthly for not hving renters insurance when ive had it the entire time, even the year before this was added. Its just dumb. Maintenance guy is a real jerk & communication between him & staff seems to be nonexistant. Office staff themselves are super nice & helpful. Neighborhood is great & residents are all friendly. Lots of kids.

Maintenance is horrible

Maintenance man is incredibly rude and talking about charging me an absurd amount of money for no reason. Parking lot is fine but it takes forever to get anything plowed. I love the location but this is the most expensive 2 bedroom I have lived in and it is also the smallest. Things were much much better when it was ran by jek. Maintenance situation gives me endless stress.
