I've lived here for a year in a half as a graduate student. I really like having access to gym even though a lot of the equipment is broken (I wish more effort would be put into that) and the option of a pool. Parking is great and the amount of space in the apartments themselves is very sufficient for my needs. Overall it is relatively quiet enough for me to study a lot at home which I like.
