The location is great. Bike path nearby. Parks for kids. Parkside University & Petrifying Springs Park nearby. Lots of shops, grocery stores nearby. Very quiet. Plus there is a maintained POOL in the summer months. Apartment buildings were recently upgraded with NEW ROOFS. NEW WINDOWS. NEW SIDING. Soon, In the future, Newer Patio Windows & Screens & a newer Parking Lot re-pave. It's almost like a whole new apartment complex. Management staff is easy to talk to & Service Requests are taken care of in a timely manner.
