Siding and patios are covered in mold. Unsightly and probably unhealthy Cars are abandoned on the streets and parking lot for months and up to a year without moving. Most are very noticeable.

Not a fan of how they shut down the entire parking lot to retar one part that took two extra weeks to get done. And threaten to charge us a tow fee. When we already paid to park. I dont feel there should be a fee for a parking sticker as a paying tenent..
