Good apartment

Location is great, maintenance is 2.5/5 had a couple maintenance requests ignored and still going ignored. Lawn care and snow removal needs to be better, a/c units need be stronger to keep upper units cooler in the summer they hardly keep it cool. some staff aren’t the nicest and responsible to listening to the requests. But for the price it’s hard to find better.

Good value & location. Great neighbors I have had 0 issues with all my neighbors in my building! Maintenance is being ignored and staff was initially nice and friendly but turned lately. Nonetheless good value

Tight between garage and apartment. would be nice to have some cameras and fence on top of hill to separate other complex. Nice apartment enjoying my stay.
