I have lived here for 6 years. My overall experience has been very good. The tenants are mostly well vetted. The maintenance is fast and efficient. The parking situation leaves a lot to be desired. The community is very friendly and supportive. The building itself is well built and maintained.

I have lived here more than 5 years. Many of the neighbors are also friends. The building is well-maintained, staff is responsive. The location is very convenient. I can't wait for all the construction on the transit center to be done!
