Garage smelling terrible

I understand that we had a difficulty here. But it’s done and garbage dumpsters should have been put back in their place . I could barely breathe the smell was so strong .

A step above

We have been here for 6 years ( one of the 1st to move in when constructed in 2018) We have been very happy here and plan to stay as long as we can afford to. There is a nice mix of older and young residents. The property is well maintained and kept clean. We looked at a lot of apartments before choosing the Park and this was the all around best choice.

Parked at The Park Apartments

The Park Apartments has everything I could of wished for. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Maintenance covers everything that is needed and successfully. The location is for nature lovers just across the street from Token Creek Forest Preservation and Dog parks. The best part of living here is my neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are respectful and friendly. I'm a senior I love living here with a mix of all ages just like a family life. Now the perks are too many too mention my favorite is the summertime swimming pool band party, Summer monthly Food Truck, surprise crumble cookie and seasonal treats in the Clubhouse. What I enjoy the most is watching the activity on the basketball court, dog friendly neighbors, the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. In this season of my life this is a perfect place for me to enjoy life. ??
