Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises. Lackluster

There are many things that would make this apartment complex better. The parking plan is really ridiculous. When people come to my apartment they either have to walk all the way around from the back of the building or risk stepping in dog poo when parking on the street and walking through the grass. The maintenance man has ignored the fact that my garage door needs to be fixed in spite of me bringing it to his attention multiple times. The manager is rarely around and has given lenience to dog owners by allowing them to leave dog poo on the ground for extended periods.

Nice place to live for the Beaver Dam Area

Overall nice place to live. Quiet area and updated apartments. No amenities available and maintenance requests can take a little long at times but overall decent place to rent from.
