My girlfriend and I have been here for a little over half a year during this time we have enjoyed out appartment. They are clean and decently spacious with high ceilings. The appliences are middle of the road they work decently enough to get stuff done however you just better hope you do not have an issue or else your never going to get it fixed. When we first moved in we did a walk through and during this walk through a couple of the appliances lights were out so they told us they would replace them. Fast forward to now we still do not have a fridge light. Also if you move to the top floor be aware there is a pidgeon problem. You can hear them eating away at at roofing and they even caused a clog in our dryer exhaust which maintience took 2 weeks to look at. Parking is not optimal either. If you are smart enough to choose an appartment on the northern side you will have twice as much parking opportunities in comparison to the south side where parking is shared next to condos. All in all the appartments themselves are not bad at all they just need a better management and maintence team. Either that or they are more focused on Deer Heaven I do not know so i cannot make assumptions all i know through experience is the appartments are nice but you better hope you do not have any issues with anything or else you will be straight out of luck.

I’ve lived here for about 5 years and am very happy. Maintenance can be slow but they are always friendly and competent. The place has good mojo. I’ve had some noisy neighbors but mostly it’s been fine. The layout is great and I love my location on the bottom floor. It’s great that they are pet friendly and it’s nice to see kids playing in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and acquaintances.

Been Living here for 2 years, has been mainly good the only thing I can complain about is the several apartments across from me that have windchimes which requires me to keep the ac on all night in order to drown it out on windy nights. The other thing occasionally the garbage/recycling trucks will come at like 5-6 in the morning which is a bit ridiculous. But that's just nit picking. The apartments are overall nice though.
