Poor mgt especially since this remodel started july 1,2025 and was suppose to be finished in a few weeks in each section. January 2026 and still tore up and being disturbed !are still Ipper mgt Tom said in august they should have stoped at umit 10 to finish the first 10 Maintenance guy smokes and puts out butts on walk way then tisses in flower beds. 5 plus months of distances living/family rooms yore up poor clean up by construction crew. Unplugs fridge/freezer in garage. Still forced to pay FULL RENT but cant fulky use our living spaces , garages patios,

I am writing a poor review during this time mainly due to the constant construction, noise and daily interruptions from workers on the premises. Too many times, there has been the upmost disregard and disrespect to our property and privacy. There should be a credit in rent or some sort of reimbursement during this phase.

Honestly its a great little community thats extremely affordable and has amazing amenities ... though I selfishly would OVERJOYED if they were to reallyyyyyy spoil us and spring for a hot tub to go with our pool. They have central air ... so having the AC in the summer is a game changer. Management consists of 1 onsite manager and i believe a couple maintenance guys .... and our manager also manages the sister complex next door ... so needless to say they stay very very busy... but despite having so much to manage and maintain they have always been extremely timely whenever I've had any maintenance issues and Stacie has always been very quick to respond anytime I've needed something, so I'm sure there are some people who might complain that Management is slow to respond, but honestly I've lived places where they had entire Management staff and maintenance teams that responded slower than the 3 of them do here ... so I personally think they do a terrific job keeping these places in the best condition possible. They also have landscapers that come out and take care of the grounds so it always is a nice clean community. The area unfortunately has its issues with homelessness and people living in their cars on the main roads ... so for that reason sometimes its not always the quietest place to live and we do have to be vigilant about making sure our cars and homes are secure ... but we also look out for eachother and since we are tucked in a little bit we deff dont get nearly as much riff raff as some complexes in the area. All in all i love living here and I'd absolutely recommend these places to anyone whose looking.
