Living in a homeless camp

It was fine but it’s just gotten worse over time. People literally have tarp,bikes, trash and cans everywhere. Not to mention people fighting and I’ve even seen someone try to run someone over with their car

Great Location

I've been here for a little over a year now and I love it. The location is great, the price is reasonable enough for me to afford, there are so many shops around, next to the main bus line and the staff have all been friendly. My only complaint are some of the neighbors leave behind smells of smoking despite it being a non-smoking location, but it's minor compared to everything else.
