Nice new-ish units, included wifi, garbage, and water is nice. There’s been talk of doing a community event, but I have a feeing its just going to fall by the wayside. Gated parking is great, but I wish there were more on-sote ammenities. Seems like every modern apartment complex has a small exercise room, or a pool table or something. Feels a bit bare bones

I like living here, the price is fair, the train is loud but i dont mind it. The building is well insulated for sound. The staff is super kind
