Overall Fine

I like the location and the gym and pool areas are pretty nice. The apartments are pretty “lived-in” and I was kind of disappointed with the noise (this is more the fault of some non-residents who like to rev their engines at all hours of the night) and the lack of air conditioning, but the latter is pretty universal in this area. Overall, the apartments are pretty good.

Nice location, but expensive and no AC

I like living here. Good neighborhood. Right across from a good elementary school and near several nice parks and the Sound. Houses are nice, if a little lived-in. The only issues I have are the price, the lack of AC, and the noise sometimes at night. These all seem to be pretty normal in this area so I don’t think I can hold it against this place.

Nice place to live

It’s a nice quiet place. Staff are great! Prices are at market rate but the rental market is overinflated. The staff do a fabulous job at keeping the place up. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. It’s lazy tenants that don’t put recycling and trash where it is suppose it go that kind of spoil things. I have even policed up around the recycling area due to lazy tenants. It just makes more work for Steve who has enough work on his plate. And some don’t pick up after their dogs. That just spoils it for everyone else. And that’s not the staffs job. If someone gives it a poor rating, it’s because they were a poor tenant. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would live here for years. It just too expensive to live in Washington state!
