Hillcrest Apartments is in a very convenient location, unfortunately, the building's common areas receive no maintenance. The stairs, hallways, and walls around them haven't been touched for months (if not longer)-I can only attest to the past few months I have lived there. The apartments have a good size, but considering how strict they are with the legalities of the renting portion, they should be more strict about actually enforcing the removal of unauthorized vehicles, people working on vehicles, and damaged vehicles that are occupying so many spots making it difficult to find available spots after coming from work, and nearly impossible if you go out and come back later on the night. They should also assign a company to do the maintenance of the common areas as they really should be washed and cleaned periodically.
