Fair Accomodations, Overpriced w/o Amenities

You are paying a lot for a bare apartment, albeit a nice one. You'll be paying for a boatload of additional unnecessary amenities, most of which were closed even before COVID.

I love living here but I can't keep my windows open at night because of all the yelling by people that I think are homeless but I also understand that their is nothing you can do about that.

Growing pains

Since Ave 5 Purchased this property many people have moved out due to some of the reasons in this survey. they still struggle to maintain 100% occupancy, like it used to be. I can only hope it gets better.

A better view without dirty windows

everything is great and we are new here however for the money i pay i think my windows and balcony rail should be better maintained. there is sideways old old bird due in many places a webs with built up yukiness but for sure its been yrs since washed i can tell. other than that the mail room system is terrible and you gotta bend over looking threw stuff most times cuz my package side aint on a shelf but i think it needs some organization and a better setup. till this day im missing 1 pkg since i moved in and it showed delivered but thankfully the other missing package showed up 17 days after it showed it was dropped off so im sure people been missing some items. anyway we appreciate the oppertunity to stay here and look forward to the change. i know thing dont happen overnight but atleast yall trying :o)

Feedback

There's a huge disconnect between Avenue 5 and the front office who are never on the same page. Trying to get anything taken care of with the office is very difficult, there's always someone different there and you have to explain your situation every time like it's the first time. Without constantly prodding staff to do something nothing would get done. The new fees for everything including $5 just to get a "Conservice" statement each month is ridiculous. Valet trash is awful, I'd rather just take my trash down to the street instead. Not trying to bash everything, just being honest. The staff, while difficult to work with, are very friendly.
