I never see myself living downtown in a city but the lex have been a good experience, the walls are well insulated so noise is seldom unless your window is open. The rooftop amenity and the surrounding view is my favorite part of living here, gym is also a plus and they have community events happening almost every month.

The Lex is awesome. Office staff is always friendly, and very helpful. I enjoy the neighborhood a lot- great walkability. They host cool resident events on the rooftop which is probably the best amenity of all.
