I currently have some special needs and always feel great knowing those needs will be net by any of the friendly staff-Mario..Gabby..Nate..Sasha. If there's ever any kind of maintenance issue I report it and one of the maintenance staff..John or Alex..come and take care of it. The rooftop is amazing amenity as is the gym.

This is the first apartment I've ever lived in and I'm pretty impressed with the units themselves. A little bit of shoddy workmanship but when they're mass producing this many units what do you really expect? The amenities are great- especially the rooftop lounge! People are friendly, staff is friendly and helpful. I feel like whenever I need something or have a quick question there's always someone available to answer my question! Added bonus is they have a security guard on the premises overnight which helps with the safety factor of living downtown. My only real issue is I think the building should have air conditioning- I mean it's 2023 in the PNW. Other than that, I've only been here 2 ish months and am already planning on renewing my lease!

The building is great. The apartment has great amenities, the employees are cordial, and the building has some beautiful artwork.
