We love this spot, these apartments have been recently remodeled. The top floors have a beautiful view of Dalco Passage, the watereay the goes beneath the Tacoma Narrows bridge. Within walking distance to local restaraunts, bars, and the Point Defiance Zoo. We dont have any pets, but I cant imagine these spaces are well suited for dogs.

Not a pleasant living condition. Winter months are the worst of all with the lack of insulation & baseboard heating that can't adequately heat the space.

Beautiful and centrally located little gem, with tons of awesome ammenities within walking distance. We love our neighbors and staff is quick to solve any problems. All in all a great place to live that I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Since move in I’ve had ants all over the property, including in areas where food and water havent been present at all. They are literally everywhere, I find them in piles under mail no matter how often I clean and it is disgusting. Recycling is also always full to the point of being scattered on neighboring grass, which is just unacceptable. On a more minor note, you can always hear your neighbors and the maintenance starts turning on lawnmowers and vacuuming the halls at 8am on Saturdays, so good luck sleeping.
