Nice place

I’ve been a resident of the property for 14 going 15 years, since the new property management team has taken over the area has cleaned up, the lawncare team have been coming in on a regular basis keeping the are nice and neatly kept. Maintenance team has fulfilled my request in a timely manner and the apartment management teams have been nothing but helpful to my needs.

Very quiet

I didn texpectd the area ti be so quiet at night especially beaceuse its right off a main road bht i was pleasently surpriaed the dryers could be better but over its goo.

Great location

I’ve been a resident for 14 years and I’ve seen much improvement since the management team has come in. Ample parking, my neighbors aren’t just neighbors we’re family. Lawn maintenance (watering) could happen more often. Our apartment management response to emails is swift, along with maintenance requests. Joy, for me is a pleasure when she’s here. She’s also friendly with resident pets which is always nice and fun for us to see her interact with the fur babies. :)

I've been here for 14 yrs., the apartment is in better shape with Fulcrum, the apartment manager, Joy has been a pleasure for me to work with on any concerns I had in the past.
