Great apartments, spacious, quiet and clean common areas. Underground parking is perfect and the area feels really safe and secure. I gave a 3 stars for value because there are limited amenities for the price. No gym, no sauna, no free coffee bar, or free snacks etc., but overall the common area for entertaining is appropriate.

Great place. Excellent staff. Great maintenence. Speeding in parking garage. Recommend 5 to 8 mph speed limit. Noise from residents dropping things on floor. Inconsiderate.
