Bella on Broadway is a good value. It's a fairly modern and clean building. But there are issues with some of the facilities. The facility staff is good, but things just tend to break. The elevators go down. The garage doors go down. The location is great, but there is a lot of riff Raff on the street that creates a lot of garbage and noise.

This is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious, and the property is a good value. The location is amazing and the care that the property manager Tovah takes in maintaining the property is top notch. She and maintenance always respond promptly and that is a quality that is very important and hard to come by these days. We would recommend this property to anyone..

The apartments are nice and well maintained. If there is a maintenance issue, they are quickly and professionally addressed. The office staff is helpful and pleasant. The parking spaces are small and do not easily accommodate full-size vehicles or oversized vehicles like trucks. The on street parking in the area is risky as windows are routinely smashed. The gym is nice and well maintained. If you have a small car or no car, then this is an excellent place to live.

The apartments and common areas are well maintained. The gym has everything we need. The parking is secure; however, the spaces are tight if your vehicle is large. The staff is very professional, pleasant, and responsive. The move-in process was easy.
