Nice quiet place, good neighborhoods

I have lived in this unit for several weeks and so far the experience has been positive except for the sound. One of the next door neighbors pretty constantly makes loud, inappropriate noises that continue throughout the night. Unless you have a strong fan or some ear plugs, chances are you’re not going to sleep well here. I’ve communicated with my landlord about it a week ago so hopefully will see a resolution or compromise. Otherwise, maintenance is prompt, my landlord has been helpful and communicative so far, and the residents in the unit are all nice! The interior is very neat and in good condition. If it weren’t for the noise I’d give this unit 5 stars, but unfortunately that’s been pretty significant so far.
