My overall experience living here has been pretty good. I have never had an issue with getting in contact with this property management team whether its by phone call, email, or in person. As far as the apartment itself is nice and modern with a stack washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The location has improved tremendously over the years. One big downfall for me is the parking. There is only street parking available and its not always the most reliable. I would either have to park far away from the building or sometimes in the alleyway which makes me uneasy about the safety of my car.

Great location-can walk to downtown Tacoma and tons of access to public transportation. there are some sometimes-shady characters in the area but still feel safe. a little pricey but still a good value for a newly built building. great staff-very helpful and respond right away
