I appreciate that there's no monthly pet rent and that there's adequate parking. I do wish there was some more built-in storage in the apartment and I wish I had a full size bathtub.

Lived here for over 6 months and enjoy it overall. Some neighbors play loud music, and we do get the occasional homeless person on the street, but overall, feel good about living here

So far so good. If there has been a problem, maint has quick to respond with efficiency and kindness. I think the cost is worth the amount of space you get plus there is a lot of street parking but also parking provided in the back. There are 2 doors to get through to the main floor which makes us feel safer as there is homeless people walking around but they cause no problems. Heating is available but no AC. Lots of storage space. Good sized rooms. Only one bath but you know that going in. All in all I think it is well worth the cost.

The owner of the building is some mysterious entity nobody knows. They're hired lackey that manages all your stuff is sketchy, dubious, and entirely untrustworthy. The building itself is uneven and banged up so good luck getting your safety deposit back. Your cleaning fee seemingly goes towards nothing. The rent and utility charges are questionable and unclear. Anything above a calm, normal tone can be heard by your neighbors. At one point there were gates on the fences of each apartment providing safety from the more unsavory passerbys - those have been removed. Security footage from the building's camera's is impossible to obtain from the landlords and has caused speculation that they aren't actually functioning. Requests and inquiries seemingly are not a priority. But, the apartment layout is marginally better than a standard major apartment complex. You deserve a home but they do not deserve your money.
