Mixed Feelings

The location is very nice to look at. We lived here for a while now but for the prices you are paying, these apartments need an update. These buildings are over 35 years old and that is apparent. The staff is helpful and maintenance responds right away.

Great location

Its a quiet area even next ti a freeway but river drounds it out. Most apartments haveny been renovated aince the 90s however noise level of older washer ans dryers make it hard to hear tv in living room. Smoking around the building many dont adhere to the 25 feet most go out in back porch or under carport which does waft into rooms with windows open. Complex should look into designated smoking areas with cover. They could possibly be in grassy areas away from buildings.

Biggest complaint was that our unit smelled like a smoker when you first walked in through the door.
