The Best Apt in Spokane
The Artisan is the most outstanding apartment in Spokane. The apartments are designed to be like living in a home and include spacious attached garages. The quality is top notch. The property manager is friendly and always helpful as well as dedicated to the residents. The community itself is quiet as well as immaculate in terms of cleanliness. We love this place and think it is the only apartment worth its value in Spokane!
