quiet, friendly, clean
The neighbors are nice and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled really fast.
Okay apartment
Has a good deal when i first moved in. Proce increased have significantly decreased value.
All in all a great place to live
Nice apartments, the single bedroom units are great for single people or a couple. Having the washer dryer in unit is a lifesaver. Even the ground floor patios are semi-private with a small set of stairs built around it. The apartment buildings are tucked away from the road so people don't really walk through unless they live there. Located close to the library and multiple strip malls. Maintenence is always friendly and prompt, Jen has always been friendly and great with communication about rent increase and general building and lot maintenence times. It's really a nice place.
Sandhill Apts
I love living here. Sometimes maintenance is slow but i know people get busy. Apartments could use some remodeling/new carpet but no complaints otherwise :) Angelicia is amazing!!! We love her so much. Very friendly and super helpful.
