Living Alone at Rock Creek

I've been living in this apartment complex for about a week now and I can't say I have many complaints. The area isn't noisy, the neighbors are quiet, and the rent is cheap. There are a few things that could be improved (like garbage buildup and apartment cleaning before moving in) but these aren't enough for me to move away from this area. All-in-all, pretty happy.

The only thing I ever really have a problem with is people parking in the no parking zones or blocking my space when I come home.
