Quiet and Relaxing

I haven't rented in over 20 years until recently. I was expecting a noisy complex with upstairs neighbors that sounded like elephants. But it is the exact opposite. I rarely hear anything from upstairs or outside. I feel like I live right next to a park. I love my apartment.

Damage Fees

After paying rent in March April May and yes I was late yes I had to go to the attorney's office and pay my rent and they're late fees and all of that and now they've implemented a new see effective August 1st of this year and it added $2,800 to my account now I checked through my lease I could not find where it says that they can add these damage fees to my account. I don't believe that I should be retroactively charged fees for something I had believed was settled. For this I am now recommending not to get involved with this property. There have been subtle changes through the years in addition to rent me and raised since I moved in in 2025 had every intention of staying here and now I got a very bitter taste in my mouth and will not be renewing my lease if you like constant changes and fees being added by all means right from here

Review

So far it’s not bad. I have a few things I need fixed but I work nights so I deal with it. The noise from the neighbors is bad some nights. Parking is alright. Staff seem helpful.

Great place to reside

I've been at these apartments for 4 years and I have to say I really enjoy living there. It's quiet it feels safe and my only complaint would be parking and the winter up keep sometimes this year was good but in years past so since we had a easy winter I sure if we have a hard winter next year I will know much more about how the new management is about keeping up the parking area free of ice and snow
