Quiet area

Ive lived im the same spot since 2020 and have loved it. The neighbors are quiet theres alot of parking spots. Everything inside the property is new and updated. The living room os really big and lots of space! Maintenance is really fast woth fixing things and are really cool. Definitely recommend living here to anyone.

We have been here for over 10 years. We have had many issues over the years. The lack of consistent management, poor maintenance due to not wanting to invest in property, and unwilling to work with us on parking for disability, and updating our appliances, carpet, and other issues in the apartment.

Unimpressive but Reasonable Abode

I believe I've lived here since 2020. The location is nice and the town as a whole is fairly quiet and relaxed. Noise, such as loud music and conversations, during quiet hours has been noticeable. The neighborhood has been fairly well-maintained. However, it feels like the rent increases are mainly due to the housing market in the area rather than inflation or improvements. In my opinion, this year's payments feel overpriced when comparing the unit.
