Maintenance is on the spot, very responsive and the property is well taken care of including ground maintenance. Since we live in a neighborhood of home owners and renters, parking is often times difficult. I feel in this economy we have a reasonable rental agreement. It is often hard to reach Management Staff by phone or email. We still do not have a rental agreement to peruse and I have attempted to reach management by email and phone to no avail. There seems to be a constant turnover in Management for the Klinger Estate Properties.

I have lived in my house for about a year now. They have had some staffing issues but they are good at commutation if you go in and talk to the office. I would recommend renting form this place.

Good Rental

Good rental, house is nice. Coast Property Management is easy to deal with. Wish the house was a little further from the neighbors, their children are very loud. Street parking is adequate, driveway is nice. Large field in area for children to play and basketball hoops near by. Overall a nice area and place to stay with a good property management company.
