Neighbors fighting at all hours of the night disrupting ability to sleep. Multiple times a week day and night. Tried to reach the manager and cant get in touch by phone or email. Do not rent here

It's a nice place. The people here seem very nice. It's a very good value! There is some street noise but that's to be expected. There are problems with homeless people getting in at night because the gates aren't always closed.

I want to just meet with the new manager and get my dryer and kitchen sink fixed and I would give 5 Starz for everything but I don't see that happening so give what I get

It's a decent place to live overall, the location is great and everything in the apartment has been updated. Some sketchy activity in the apartment parking area in the back and I feel safer with street parking instead however. Packages also like to go missing, but this is pretty typical stuff overall. Nothing expected in terns of living in the city.

We call, text and email the property manager and he doesnt get back to us. Weve been moved in for a month and we dont have our mailbox key still.
